Lock screen wallpaper not working

My lock screen wallpaper isn't showing (battery icon and slider) after jailbreaking. I don't have any themes engaged and reset my lock screen image. Any thoughts?

if you have ti plugged in charging when looking at it thats why

Or Maybe its not Compatible yet, because you cant see the sliders.
