Looking for a good call blocker

I am looking for a call blocker that blocks anyone who is not in my contacts list, I don't care so much about "suspected spam" or any of that other crap only the people NOT in my contact list is what I am looking to not block which would cover the above-mentioned

You can use "Do not Disturb" and allow all contacts.

I've been using an app called Hiya. It's made by White Pages. It helps to track and manage unwanted callers. It identifies callers and shows info about the number. I really like it.
