Looking for : an App that allow us to make a customer sign on a imported work order

im looking for an application where we can import a blank work order fill it and make the customer sign it so we can send the file by email to the office.
We are trying to reduce the paperwork. anyone have an idea or maybe an alternative? i am new to apple .
