Looking for good meds tracker

My wife and I are both heart and diabetes patients. Looking for a good med tracker that will also allow Dr and Health problems.

I'm a bipolar and take s lot of pills daily and can't take the risk of getting out of stock.
What I use is called " refilles". It works for me. Please check it out on app store. Please note they have a good support.
