Lost Facetime Button

I recently upgraded from my 3GS to iphone 5 and restored all my old setting to the new phone. After doing this I lost the Facetime button. How do I restore the Facetime button?

Facetime is part of the Dialer under iOS 6. So you have to click on the contact and select FaceTime from there.
