Lost iPhone.

Recently lost my iPhone 5S. Its still on contract with at&t. I hv an old iPhone 5. So can i transfer my contract to the iPhone 5, and use it, or should I pay my ETF?

I think you can use the iphone 5 but you might have to call AT &T to get it to work.

Was your iCloud account enabled? How long is left on your contract? And do you have the insurance package that covers list devices?
