Hi guys i found some Theme & Install Instructions and i like to share with u guys i not sure it work on iphone4 but it work on iphone 3G but u may try it.

2.Simplistic: Simplicity For the iDevice

Simplistic by Joomla12. (Weather widget and Telephony from Delnoch. All credit goes to it's respective artist.)

Simplistic is a very minimalistic and modern theme for the iPod Touch and iPhone that isn't a memory hog and only uses one page.

-Installation-

You'll need the following apps to run this theme correctly.

iBlank
Five iRows
Five Icon Dock
LiveClock
WeatherIcon (Optional)
Five-Columns
Media Player Flip (iPod Users)

If you're not using Cydia to install this, use OpenSSH or iPhoneBrowser to copy the Simplistic.theme folder to Themes in /Linrary/Themes.

-Setting Up Springboard-

Use iBlank to make 13 blank icons and place everything in this order. iPhone users might have to change the name of the Phone icon because I'm not sure if I got it right. Also, you can replace YouTube with Phone if you'd like.

Apps and Games must be in the right place or else they'll be off screen.

To set the weather for your location, go to Weather.com and then do a search for your state or country.
Find your location and the locale will be in the URL in the address bar.
Locale is 0140. Now open ConfigurMe.js in Private with a text editor and change your info.
Sample USAL0140. If you live in the U.K., it'll be like UKXXXX.

This theme uses liveclock,teknologik iconclasm layout,springjump and teknologik theme from cydia.

Managed to get the Sugar theme working, pretty much. Didn't bother to use their background image as it made my phone look too gay.
