LTE Not Showing (3G Icon Appearing) !?

I just picked up a new Iphone 5 this afternoon, ever since activation the Iphone icon is set to 3G... I'm In downtown Toronto,Canada and with Bell Service (Virgin Mobile...Same Sh**)
Any suggestions? I made sure the LTE option was turned on, reset the network settings, removed sim, etc...

According to the Bell site its in select areas. It asks you to sign up to see what areas it covers.

The signup is only for updates on what service isn't out yet... I live in the Country's biggest city, of course I'm in the coverage area.

Just because you're in the bigger city doesn't mean you have it. AT&T just rolled it out in Seattle last wednesday, need to call your carrier to verify.
