M-Audio MIDIsport 2X2 to control animoog with iPhone 4S?

Everyone:
I have this old MIDIsport 2X2 MIDI hardware interface lying around, along with Prophet V rev 3.2 and Yamaha DX-7 a7ynthesizers. I'd like to use the DX-7 or the Prophet V as a MIDI controller for AniMoog running on an iPhone 4S.

** Any idea how to get them to control AniMoog on the iPhone via MIDI? **
