I'm currently using iTunes v.12.5.3.17, and I seem to be having some trouble with placing a ringtone in the Tones section in iTunes. I am trying to drop and drag or copy a .m4r file but it will not place it in the Tones section - I get an error saying 'not copied to iPhone because it cannot be played on the iPhone. Any ideas how I can create personalised ringtones for the SE or what I am doing wrong? iOS 11.4
