Major Problem on IPhone 4

Ok so on my IPhone 4, I was browsing Netflix on it and a random voice control popped up, I was nervous because it never happened before. Then all of the sudden, FaceTime opened and in a dark Siri voice it told me to FaceTime someone, (Not going to release their name) and that happened even after I blocked him using IOS7. So my question is what should I do? Should I go to the Apple Store, what should I do? Im really nervous that my IPhone might be broken. So thank you for your reply and HELP!

Turn off Voice Control and see if that happens again. Or just backup your device and restore in case it's a software hiccup
