The iPhone 4s is straight up garbage the quality and build of these phones is terrible. Never been so unhappy with a device. I'd rather throw 200 bucks in the toilet than flush it other than using this thing for two years

I agree! Since this forum has no means of rectifying this mater I suggest that you contact Apple to discuss your concerns.
