Missing podcasts..

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help , I had to change my SIM card today so did all that , connect to iTunes which left everything as it were before I switched SIMs..... Except my podcasts , when I go into podcast I just get this ...(see photo)

Which suggests to me they have been downloaded but not transferred from iTunes maybe ?? I have synced my phone etc so don't know where to look ... Any thoughts??

Regarding the photo I can't 'add' them to my playlist but they are the podcast I downloaded and want
