MovementApp is a Cydia Tweak which will add a fade out transition to your iDevice when switching apps. This works when you switch apps using your App Switcher and will just simply fade out your screen on open up the next application. Unfortunately there is no fade in transition for the next application, but hopefully we can get an update. The Tweak takes a bit to show the next app if it isn't currently running but it doesn't matter too much since iOS does the same thing, just shows it loading.
