Movies As Apps

hello,

I am new here and I use an i Phone.

I need some help with this my friends in the US are now talking about Movie Apps.

They say it's not the apps used to watch movies that tells you about where to get tickets and all that.

They say these are MOVIES being used as apps.They gave 2 examples:
1.Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 and 2.comedy Due Date

I would like to know the top 20 Movies/Films used as APPs like those above.NOT film apps like Flixster and the like.

what does that mean movie used as apps? like an icon on your springboard that plays a movie when touched?

Your question is very confusing. A movie is a movie and an app is an app. A movie is not an app. Please reword your question.

I am referring to the App Editions of Popular Movies like those I mentioned above.

I believe the OP is referring to apps which allow you to buy the movie from within the app, it's a bit confusing to explain; but like the Harry Potter app at the following link:

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: App Edition for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

You can watch a small part of the film and check out the extras for free, and you can purchase the full version, which unlocks the movie and all of the extras.

That would likely be the app the OP was talking about. But I would bet he was hoping for seeing the movie for free and not just a trailer. Nothing in life is free.

why dont you just put the movies you want on your phone
