Mp3 from email to itunes

Okay so my band has music and they are located in my email as mp3s. I want to be able to listen to them on my iPhone 4, my stereo, as well as make ringtones out of them. When I click the mp3 it will play in my QuickTime player but will not give me an option to download to my phone. I have Cydia and dtunes. Please someone help me ad simply as possible. Thanks! I also do not have any other computer besides my iPhone.

Excellent question, but sorry -- I have no answer. I hope someone else replies. I'd like to be able to save MP3s onto my device as well.
