Music APP just starts playing at random

My wife inherited my old iPhone 4. For some reason the Music app will start playing a song. Never happened to me but it is annoying to her and you know who feels the wrath. Anyone ever hear of this? She would like the Music app removed as she never uses it. I told her I didn't think that was possible.

Why don't you just delete all the music off the phone? But you are correct that you can't remove the music app
