music not appearing on phone

I've had my iphone 4 for a few months now, and never had a single issue with it until now..
When I open itunes and plug in my phone everything comes up normal, all my songs and playlists are there, but when i unplug my phone (or even check without unplugging) it says i have no music on it. I've had ipods and iphones for years and this has never happened to me so i really don't know what to do!

Have you somehow unticked the sync music box in you phone menu...?

no.. i figured out what it was, im just an idiot.
i got a new computer.
its just weird that it still shows i have music on my phone when i plug it in when on my phone it says i dont.
