Hi,
I have an iphone 4.
When I hooked it up to itunes to sync some new songs it said other was driving it over capacity and it wouldnt sync. I think it was the new software update. I deleted a large game and remove some music and synced again the next day. New songs are not added and the old songs I tried to remove are not fully removed. The name appears on the iphone it tries to play it and goes to the next track.
I phoned t mobile who said do a network reset, this did nothing, tried resynching which shows no problems. but nothing solved it.
I was livid with apple support who said solve it yourself or pay £60.
Anyone got any ideas?
I don't wanna factory restore as its on t mobile and will break the phone then will need resetting up.
