Music video as wallpaper?

I would like a music video as my live wallpaper, I heard you can do. Can someone tell me how? And it doesn't have to play sound, just video. If anyone could help that would be great.

You need VWallpaper and you would need to convert the music video to a compatible format yourself. I'm sure there are tutorials on Google on how to do that.
