my icons wont change ?!?!?

jailbroke my iphone yesterday for the first time

and when i download themes from cydia or through ssh everything changed but the icons wont change to what it should be in the theme

why?!?

i have had the same problem for a while
try black icons only and black"ups"darkness
those are the only ones i have found that change my icons....and they are good ones to boot

..thats because most of the themes are meant for older firmwares. Apple changed almost everything regarding file locations/names with iOS4.. There are a few themes that are getting updated/released that support iP4's retina.
