My Phones Cut Off :(

Hi newbie here.

Was browzing ebay on my I-Phone 4 then it just cut off. It still had 50% bat when it cut off ive had it pluged in to the charger an nothing, Also pluged it into the laptop and it does not read it.

Anyone know what has happend and how to fix it

Can you get the apple to show up? Have you tried getting your phone into DFU mode...?

Or have you tried to hard reset it too? Get back to us so we can see what the issue was or still is.

Only a had reset will wake up you device. This happens often with iPhone 4. So perform a hard reset and voila.

This happened to me once and the hard reset worked. Hey bab do you know why this happens to the iphone 4?

hehehe i wish i knew why, the thing is that Apple also even doesn't know why, and that's why the created the hard reset to fix it up, assume the knew why, they could have solve it with an iOS update
