With iOS 5 we received the ability to better edit our photos that we took on our devices. There were a few options like; crop, red eye removal, and enhance that allowed us to manipulate our photos to our liking. GrayPix is a tweak that will add a GrayScale effect option native, to your Photos app. You just choose the photo you want to change, tap more options, and convert to GreyScale. This will save a copy of that photo to your library, but in GreyScale format. Afterwords you can upload/share with your friends and do whatever you want with your newly converted picture. GrayPix is free in the Cydia Store.
