Need Help about how to update..

Installing TU
You will need to download the latest version of TU for either OSX or Windows from - The Firmware Umbrella - TinyUmbrella
As a MINIMUM you should be running 5.00.9. Do NOT use anything older than this as previous versions had some bugs.

what is the meaning of 5.00.9...
is that IOS?

mine was only 4.1 can i still use this method?

Your blobs have invalid APTickets, so you won't be able to restore using them.

Version: IOS 4.1 (8B117)
Firmware: 06.15.00 (Ipad Base Band)
already jailbroken and unlock using ultra snow
SHSH Blob 4.1 , 6.0.1 , 6.1.2
With Invalid APTickets (Don't Know Why)
With New Boot Room

heres what i did..
sir willerz2 advice me that since i have Invalid APTickets the only option i have to update my Iphone 3GS is to completely restore it using itunes
but first i need to "Downgrade my Firmware first Since im Using Ipad Base Band 06.15.00"
Because I will have an errors if i just restore it using itunes when i still have my Ipad base band .. so i need to downgrade it first b4 i restore using itunes...

i make a folder name Pwnage on my desktop.. i put it there the latest redsnow zip file. unzip it and put also the 6.0 IPSW for IPhone 3GS i download same folder..
then i run redsnow as Admin

so as instructed i downloaded 6.0 IPSW for Iphone 3GS
use latest Red Snow
Extra
Select IPSW (i Pick 6.0 for Iphone 3GS)
ask me if i have new boot room (Yes)
then back
(turn Iphone to DFU mode)
Jail Break
its loads up
UNTICK all (Except DOWNGRADE FROM IPAD BASE BAND)
ok
then it loads up again
my Iphone rebooted
Many White letters came up
then its stop at
"Transferring Control To JailBreak"
(NOTHING HAPPENS)

then im stuck...

anyone can help me..?

or if any way i can fully restore my Iphone to its Original state (latest IOS with no hack or what so ever)

any help will be grateful thanks
