NEED HELP ASAP! MY iPHONE 4 IS DEAD!

Okay well my iPhone 4 is Jailbroken.
I had iFile on my iphone. The iPhone was in my hands and the phone wasn't locked.
I guess while it was on my hands it went on iFile and deleted a file.
Now my iPhone 4 frooze and it won't turn on.
It turns on but flashes weird lines and such.
I tried connecting it to iTunes but iTunes won't detect it!
Please help! How can i restore it back to original?

Yes it goes into DFU mode. But iTunes does not detect it at all! Please help.
