Need help with cydia please

Okay so I just jail broke my 4s and for one I downloaded respring because I had one app icon that was white and anyways I try to download it or anything else it says I have no sources. I'm new at this can anyone help?

Turn your phone off and on a few times I had same and white icons too but after a few reboots sorted haven't had it once today ;-)
