Need help with iTunes....

Hello everyone, I have a big question:

I just changed my itunes account to another country, and I deleted all my apps, to start everything again, but, I don't know why, when I download the app again, it downloads it, but it doesn't show the app as "Downloaded", it stills let me download it again!!! please I would like to know, because the only apps that do this "bug", are the apps that I had on the first country itunes account...

If you understood the question,please help me!, it's not a "huge" problem, but it's boring you know?, so, thanks for reading =)
