New contact and volumn

Hello all!
Is there a easier way: when I receive a call from someone not in my contacts and want to add them to my contacts with their number after the call, how do I do this without trying to remember and going having to go back to recents 15 times.
One more, volume control all the way up using buttons and also in settings. Volume from earpiece is still pretty low. Anyway in boosting this by app or something?

The simplest way is to go to recent calls, touch the blue arrow to the right of the number and select "New Contact" from the list of options. Can't think of any other way of doing it.

If your earpiece volume is low, try turning it up. The headphone, Bluetooth and speaker all have independent volume settings, all operated by a single set of controls, so while you might think you have your volume maxed out, it could actually be set low.

Failing this, go to Settings/Music and see if Volume limit is turned on. If so, turn it off and things may improve. While you're there you could also have a play around with EQ, and see if there's a setting that gives you better volume.
