New iphone 4 out of box, SCRATCHED?!

So i just received my new iphone 4 yesterday and as i peel the stickers off the phone i see 2 small shiny knicks in the metal bezel on the left side. It seems like they were goofing off in the manufacturing. Or the people inspecting the phone before they sent it out didn't really care much. WTF?

see what you're carrier can do for you. I don't know how much help they would be but being nice often comes with rewards. They might try to blame you for the nicks in it.

Well I must say the rest of the phone is ok. No light leak, and the screen is amazing. It seems like it was a missed thing. Lol this is also like my 5th replacement and all of them were horrible. Verizon said they wanted to send me a droid since I had so many problems with iPhone

Tell Verizon that you have no problems, but their iPhones do have lot of problems.

Dude the odd quality failed unit is gonna get thro.

I know its annoying when it happens to you.

Just take it straight back and insist on breaking the seals on the replacement and give it a 100% check over before you leave the store.
