New Iphone user - Please HELP me with my question :)

[h=1]How to unblock iphone 4 - IOS 7 - Firmware 04.12.09?[/h]I bought an iphone a few months which was working fine on Tesco mobile, until recently the phone came up as no service.
Im wondering if the person I bought it off as reported it stolen to do an insurance job or something. I have no contact with that person no longer so it seems I wont be able to find the answer to this.
I have tried the SIM in another phone and it works, so I know it's not the SIM.
I would like to unlock the phone myself rather than paying silly money for it.
If anybody give me a link that would support my phone to unlock I'd be gratefully appreciated.

The iPhone 4 is not supported by Cydia's UltraSn0w and is not supported by interposers such as GPP, Gevey, R-SIM. Your only option is to buy an IMEI/carrier unlock online. A Tesco IMEI unlock will run you approximately $75 or about 47 BPS.

The phone I bought has been locked by the 02 company. Without having to pay £40 pounds to get the phone unlocked in my local shop, how can I do it myself? Iphone 4
