New iPod Touch Product ID Released?

There's been a lot of rumors floating around lately about the possibility of a new Apple iPod Touch hitting the shelves soon and now, we might just have the new product ID number! It's still speculation, but there is some testing going on with Apple's new iOS 4.1 on a secret product and this unknown gadget is listed as ID 20547.

It could also be the smaller version of the iPad that has been rumored recently or even maybe a Verizon version of the iPhone. Either way, we anxious to see what this new secret product ID code has in store for us!

Would the latest version of the iPod touch look like the iPhone 4 or something entirely different? The last version is basically an iPhone and uses the same design housing.
