New member grateful for help!

I joined last night after having problems with phone crashing and recieved helpful advice which seems to have fixed problem. I am not very computer literate, but had an IPod touch3g that I managed with no problems - upgraded to an IPhone, and wanted to learn as much as I can so thought I would join the forum. Am learning lots from other posts but will not be able to contribute much as I know nothing! Have never used a forum before either so sorry in advance if I wrong stuff in the wrong place!
