I am new to this forum. I have an iPhone 4 on AT&T. I have a mico-cell in my house because my signal is so bad in the area and in my house in particular. I have been entertaining the idea of moving to Verizon, but I would need to upgrade to a 4S and sell my iPhone 4. I'm not sure what to do, so I am coasting now. I have a friend with an iPhone 4 on Verizon and they like it, but I need them to visit my house as see for myself what the signal looks like.

Welcome to the forum,if you thinking of upgrading your phone why not wait a little while and see what the next new iphone brings?

Welcome, Jack... I'd wait, as Poison wrote, for the next-gen iPhone to arrive and see where the dust settles. In the meanwhile, get an iPhone app called "Mark The Spot" and keep letting ATT know about your signal problems. This "may" help to fix this in your area, esp if other ATT users also use this app in your area.

Welcome to the forum Jack. You would not have to upgrade to the 4s if you switched to Verizon as they also have the iPhone 4.

Recently verizon just switch to shared data plans which run quite high in price IMO. I would recommend switching to sprint if possible as they are going to be more affordable if you tend to use a lot of data.

Good idea to wait for the next phone from Apple. I talked to Verizon about the iPhone 4 and they told me I would have to upgrade to the 4S. I do have the "Mark the Spot" App and use it quite a lot in my area. Thanks for the input.
