The UKs Daily Mail newspaper has published the results of a YouGov survey today which claims that nearly one in five iPhone owners polled in the UK-based survey confess that their main bank account is always overdrawn. According to the Mail, this is double the UK average, which sees 1 in 10 Brits admitting to being always overdrawn. In comparison, the survey found that 54 percent of Android owners and 50 percent of BlackBerry owners said that they were never overdrawn. As far as earnings are concerned, the survey found that Android and BlackBerry owners are more likely to earn more money than iPhone owners, with 10 percent of BlackBerry owners and 7 percent of Android owners raking in over £50,000 a year, but just 5 percent of iPhone owners making the same amount. Furthermore, YouGov found that just less than half of iPhone users earn under £20,000 per year, as opposed to 38 percent of BlackBerry owners and 27 percent of Android owners.
