Have had my iphone 4 for a couple of months. Last week, phone went DARK. Had NOT read the manual, took it back to Best Buy, NOW I know how to RESET the phone, I also went online and read the manual.

I also sync with my computer to "back up" my contacts and photos.

Only problem now is I cannot FIND my photos on my computer???

You will havetoo go to "my computer" you will see your phone and it will say digital camera. Then copy your camera roll to your computer. Kinda annoying but it's built to work with iPhoto on a Mac.

Thanks for the help, I found my photos!!!!!

I am looking into an IPAD for Christmas.

It is a fantastic device and compliments the iPhone I use both every day and only use my laptop maybe once every 2 weeks and that is usually for syncing both devices and backing up
