No 3g/Edge after updating to ios 5

Hello.
I updated yesterday to ios 5 and now 3g/Edge dont work, wifi works fine. I have tried to restore 4 times to ios 5, 1 time to ios 4.3.3 and 1 time to custom ipsw but non of these works. and i have tried serval times to restore network settings.

How do i fix this ?

Some more details may help. What phone model? What baseband does it have? Are you factory unlocked, or do you rely on gevey, etc. Give us as many details as possible to help diagnose what it might be...

It´s a 3gs 16 gb, unlocked from the carrier three months ago. It is on baseband 05.16.05.

I called my carrier it was a fault in their system.

I have the same problem, iPhone 4, preserved bb of 4.10.01, using gevey pro, updated to ios 5.0. Jail broke with proper redsn0w. Could not get edge to work no matter what I tried. Contacted tmobile and they weren't any help. Ended up downgrading to 4.3.5, bummer.
