After the latest updates the blue tooth will not connect to anything. I have tried everything including the iTunes back up and wipe out and restore to no avail. I just got this phone in november and did not expect this. Help if you can. THANKS

Try a hard reset, Hold down your on/off button and home button at the same time and let go when the apple appears, this can fix many glitches.

Try resetting all settings. This will reset all settings to their default settings.
Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You won't lose any data but you'll have to redo your settings to your preference. If this reset restores function to Bluetooth and you wish to change the default settings, change only one at a time and check to see if Bluetooth is affected. If it is, you've discovered what caused your original problem.
