No facetime and no itunes radio

After I upgraded iOS I could not see my FaceTime anymore, plus I don't have d radio on my music player

Try a hard reset, hold down your on/off and home button until the apple appears.

Plus iTunes Radio is US only currently. Not sure if you are outside the US.
