No ringtone

When someone phones me my phone makes no sound. No ringtone. In Settings Sounds and Haptics, I have it set to Vibrate on ring, Vibrate on silent, full volume, ringtone set to Crystals, but no sound. Why?

Make sure your ring/silent switch (mute botton), at the side of your device isn‘t set to mute. If you see the orange colour, switch to the other side.

Use the Volume buttons to make sure the volume isn‘t turned off.

Do Not Disturb could be another reason why your iPhone doesn‘t ring. Go to Settings - Focus - Do Not Disturb, take a look at your settings there.
