no service after replacing iphone4 screen ?

what i do wrong ? seems everything is working properly except i have no service now? sim card has been checked in another device and is ok . att is the sprovider

Take it back to the people that serviced it.

They probably dis-connected your antenna and forgot to re-connect it.
