not geting pics

my dad has an htc evo an im not geting his picture messages but i can get the text messages he sends,also he can get my picture messages (im telling him its not my iphone)i get pics from my mom but any idea of the problem/how to fix this

I'm not sure but you should try
settings->messages->show subject field(on)

I have googles it for you but it seems like your having problems about carriers.If not sory i can't help
