Now that I've jailbroken...

Ok, so now that I've jailbroken my phone, How to I get my music/contacts, previous apps back onto my phone? When I plug it up to itunes, it asks me if I want to set it up as a new iphone or restore with a backup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

restore with backup, your contacts, sms etc are in that backup, if you set up as a new phone, you will not have your contacts, sms, settings, etc... in the phone, so you have to restore with a backup.

Weird. When I jb only thing that changed was it had cydia. Everything else was exactally the same

That's how it suppose to be, intact the changes made by the jailbreak are in the system files, not on the graphic or on the springboard.
