Organizing?

So for your 5's do you utilize folders on your pages or do you just have all the apps on your pages on the phone?

I like to organize things but hate the extra steps to go into the folders (yes it doesn't seem to be that hard)

What do your screens look like??

I have a mixture, the most used apps stay on their own whilst less used apps go into folders.

I mainly have just the apps organized by page with a few folders on my main screen based on business type apps/organizational flow. I did find out last night that I have hit my limit on pages though so I may have to start using folders or getting rid of some of the apps I actually don't use.
