DisableLaunch is a Cydia Tweak which will allow you to disable the ability to launch applications. You set an Activator option which will prompt you to put in a passcode. You can set your passcode in settings and after you've entered it you will be unable to open any apps. To launch apps again you need to do the same process to disable to tweak. This tweak can add a second security wall to you iDevice and protect it further. DisableLaunch can be found in the Cydia Store under the Big Boss Repo For FREE.
