Personal hotspot missing 4S

I have iPhone 4S on 5.0.1 and just unlocked with Gevey Ultra S and just discovered that the personal hotspot is missing but I had it that on iPhone 4.

Just wanted to check is personal hotspot dropped in 4S or is it due Gevey Ultra S unlock.

Please advise ?

Unless you install a 3rd party tethering app(like TetherMe), you need to purchase a tethering package from your cellular provider in order to use personal hotspot.

I think I have tether package from cellular package from network provider as when I insert sim in my old phone iPhone 4 I get the personal hotspot.

Does iPhone 4S have special setting to enable or gevey ultra s behaves differently as 2G and 3G data service were enabled over data roaming.
