phone stays at 100% for long time then drains fast.

why is this? seems like it stays on 100% a whole lot longer like 30 minutes of use before it starts to go down ever since i jailbroke it then it goes down pretty fast once it passes 98%. Did i d/l a bad jb tweak or is this normal?

how do i properly do that

Fully charge the battery, then let it discharge to 5% or lower. Then fully recharge the battery again. You may need to do this a couple of times for the OS to learn the upper and lower limits of your battery.
