Phone won't turn on after update

I purchased new iPhone 5S just 3 days back from PrePayMania.co.uk. But yesterday when I updated my iPhone 5s to 7.0.6 and the phone won’t turn back on.

Place the device into DFU mode, and restore to 7.0.6 afresh.
