Dandelions are some of the earliest spring flowers where i live as well. BTW, Dandelion leaves are edible. Some people make Dandelion wine.

Dandelions are some of the earliest spring flowers where i live as well. BTW, Dandelion leaves are edible. Some people make Dandelion wine.

A few years ago, we made salad with dandelion leaves and flowers we’d found in Apetlon, at school. Our students liked it.
