Yes. The smaller packaging are LEDs to replace the incandescent bulbs. They are super bright!

After seeing the photos you've posted earlier, I've tried to take pictures of the moon at night with my iPhone a few times. Most of them were bad. Still have to get the hang of it.
The real problem is that the moon is almost always over exposed, like in my last shot. The best shots are in the early morning, shortly before sunrise or late evening, just after sunset when the sky is still quite bright. At night, the contrast between the dark sky and bright moon is too great for the iPhone camera to handle well.
