Pictures lost on Iphone 5

I recently bought a an Iphone 5. After a week I decide to add some ring tones I had on my computer. I believe I might have accidentally restored my phone with my Last Iphone 3 backup as after using I tunes I noticed that all my old pictures, and notes were added to my new phone. And all my photos and notes a added in the first week were no longer there.

I could live with losing those few notes however I lost a number of pictures I took at my friends wedding. I know I should have backed my picture before attemping any other actions with Itunes.

Is there anyways I can recuperate those lost pictures?

With a restore, you can't retrieve the deleted pictures. It's just restoring your computer to an earlier restore point. You can try using data recovery programs, but it wouldn't be much a help since it's basically a fresh copy of everything with nothing old
